It was another slow weekend for adoptions, Last month we did 15 adoptions and this month only 1 so far!!!!!
We are making some changes to our calendar so please look below to see where we will be each week.
We will be at North Park Mall this coming Saturday, the 20th. We will be set up outside of Paws Around Town Pet boutique.
Next month we will also be trying a new location. we will be at A-1 Pet Emporium on May and Britton Rd. We will be there on April 17th!!!!

Next Adoption Outreach
1st Saturday of each month we will be at Petsmart on 63rd and May. 11am to 4pm
2nd Saturday of each month we will be at the Petsmart in Moore. 11am to 4 pm 3rd Saturday (of March) we will be at North Park Mall, in the area outside of Paws Around Town Boutique. The location is 122nd Street and North May.
11am to 4 pm
3rd Saturday (in April) we will be at a-1 Pet Emporium, at the corner of May and Britton Rd. 11 to 44th Saturday of each month we will be at the Petsmart in Edmond. 11am to 4 pm

Look at the cute dogs in the arms of the best foster moms, in rescue!!!
We attended this event and had such a great time. The weather was perfect, there were lots of rescue groups there, and hopefully, the Bella Foundation who was the sponsor, made lots of money to help their cause. There was a dog walk and contests and food and raffles and doggy fellowship!

Something to Chew on
We don't get the elegantly coiffed, classically beautiful, completelty trained, perfectly behaved dog....We get the leftovers.
Dogs that other people have incompetently bred, inadequately socialized, ineffectively "trained", and badly treated.
Most rescue dogs have had it.They've been pushed from one lousy situation to another.
They've never had proper veterinary care, kind and consistent training, or sufficient company.
They've lived outside, in a crate, or in the basement.They're scared, depressed and anxious.
Some are sick, some have given up!
But we are Rescue and we don't give up. We never give up on a dog.
We know that a dog is a living being, with a spirit and a heart and feelings.
Our dogs are not commodities, things, or garbage. They are a part of scared creation,
and they deserve as much love and care and respect as the next Westminister Champion.
So please, please don't come to rescue in the hopes of getting a "bargain" or indeed of "getting" anything.
Come to Rescue to give, to love, to save a life-- and to mend your own spirit.
For rescue will reward you in ways you never thought possible. I can promise you this--
A rescue dog will make you a better person!
